Title: spasm and twiching in chin and lips after geneoplasty

hey guys,,,,i have constant twiching and spasm in chin...after geneoplasty.....is this normal healing process....and what can be done to cure it...my surgeon is of no use....spasm is very very annoying...sometimes cause my mouth to be in pucker stage
