Hello,
I am really self conscious about my side profile. I've been aware of that after someone said at high school that even Cleopatra nose is shorter than mine.
I thought that my nose was the main thing, but I noticed recently that the bottom of my face is a bit weak. What do you think about it? Should I get surgery for my nose and/or my chin? I like how straight my nose is, but it sticks out too much.
Also I never had braces, my teeth are pretty straight, but when I smile we can't really see my bottom teeth. Is this possible that I need braces to correct this?
Thank your for your answers.

Nothing wrong with the nose itself. You just have a short face
What does your smile look like?

Ideal correction is decompensate teeth to create overjet, move lower jaw forward via BSSO, and genioplasty to add vertical length to chin along with maybe 2-3 mm projection. Your nose is fine.

And you may be able to do a chin wing instead of all that, but I'm less familiar with that procedure.

If I do that, do I need braces to correct this problem?

That won't make a cosmetic difference. In order to normalize his profile, he needs CCW bimax so that the bite can stay the same. That way there's probably no need for a genio. The nose is fine, but it appears overprojected due to the recession.
