Hi

To those who know about facial anthropometrics  do these numbers look right  as averages for adults  - http://imgur.com/AsYDq7f

thanks.

Yeah those look about right. Definitely in the average range for measurements (all studies that I have seen vary by a few MM, especially for zy-zy measurement)

how are they getting these measurements? Take the zy-zy measurement for example, is this like looking at the face from the front and taking a ruler (totally straight) and measuring widest points of cheekbones? Or do they take a measuring tape that accounts for facial contours from widest points of cheekbones?

They use calipers or photographic software.
