Title: Thoughts on my jaw surgery plan?

Hello,

I had my pre-op appointment with Dr. Walline at LACOMS. The plan is to have 14mm advancement with 10 degrees CCWr. I am curious what others thoughts are on this and my before/ after projection?

No one here knows the exact SCALE of your photo to relate proposed millimeter measurements with your 'real life' measures other than to tell you that the qualitative changes seen on the 'after' profile would be consistent with the proposed quantitative measures relayed to you. Is this is something where you can't  SEE for yourself that the proposed changes are a significant improvement? If so, I can tell you that it is. But I can't make you see.
