Do people know that you had jaw surgery if hadn't known you before? Do post jaw surgery people look fake? Like they had something done? Or does nobody notice that you had surgery? After looking at some YouTube videos, people look fake, at least the ones that had both jaws worked on?

It's true, my closest friends and family don't see too much of a difference but a handful of people in various social circles almost didn't recognize me. Its really weird how different people are. I can guarantee you though that no one new you meet post surgery will know unless you tell them. Luckily this surgery doesn't produce "worked-on" results.
