I am trying to work out if this is realistic, I have no health insurance as I am from the united kingdom, I have been talking to dr hang about my options, if I want something bad enough I will do all I can to make sure it happens.
How much including, ortho, surgery fees hospitals fees etc would I be looking at in total apppx for double advancement surgery in the U.S??
