Lisp (pre-op) -- Hope it gets better?

I have an underbite and crossbite... I'm 4 months into my pre-op braces. My bite has gotten worse as a result of the teeth straightening out; Which has resulted in a pretty serious lisp!
I had a slight "sh" sound pronouncing my "s's" before, but now it's unreal.
Hoping any lisp will be cured once the operation is done?

Underbite here too. I developed a lisp, but it more or less resolved itself. Can't remember when it got better, I think after 6-7 months when the uppers got braced as well (11 months in braces so far).
