I always thought it was rude when patients dropped off the radar shortly after they recovered, but I understand why some do this much better now. The period immediately after surgery can be a little psychologically stressful, especially when the stability of the results is in question.
I plan on posting some pictures and X-rays in the coming week. Unfortunately, my laptop-and all the pictures on it-was stolen recently, so I'll have to see what I can scrounge from whatever hard copies I have stashed away. I'm currently using my iPhone for net access, so I do apologize for any typos.
