Hope I am posting in the right section this time.
I am looking for ways to lengjten a vertically short face. I know that I need a maxillary advancement, but a horizontal advancement is not enough. I was wandering if there is a surgery which lenghtens the upper jawbone. Not sure if any of the Leforts can do that, or maybe the maxillary osteotomy.
Another concern would be lower jaw lengthening as well, because if the upper jaw goes down it needs space, so the lower jaw has to go down as well.
Could someone clear things up for me and explain if there is a surgery out there that could give me what I want?
I would greatly appreciate any help.
