What would produce the best result aesthetically? Is there any downsides to getting ZSO done during double jaw surgery aside from longer recovery? Does anyone have experience with this? or have you talked to a surgeon/person that does?
Ideally I'd get ZSO done with double jaw and then after full recovery a chin wing and perhaps another ZSO if im unhappy with the original results
