I had double jaw surgery 3 years ago since I had an asymmetrical jaw, right before I turned 18 and have had braces ever since I was 14, I'm 20 years old now. As I was healing, I noticed that my face looked slightly lopsided but I put that off as just swelling and was sure that my face would even out as time progressed. Three years later, and my jaw still looks wonky. I'm not sure whether the surgeon messed up, or it's just how it healed but I really don't know what to do about it because I hate it. People keep telling me that they don't notice it, but when I pull up the pictures, they do even though they try to partially deny it to make me feel better. Should I consider another jaw surgery? I have attached a picture below that shows the unevenness of my jaw, and how wonky it looks. From my profile, both sides look very different to me as well and when I feel along my jaw it's as if a chunk is missing from my right side!
I also wanted to add, that prior to my jaw surgery, even though my jaw was asymmetrical, it was more slender and pointer rather than how wide and squarish it looks now. This surgery also made my nose look a lot wider as well.
