I know that there are standard sort of outlines of surgical plans, like this one:
Is there are standard outline of the frontal view to show planned transverse changes?
Or any other views of planned changes? For instance, my motivation with jaw surgery is definitely not related to my profile, which I think is pretty good. I'm very interested in transverse change - given the plan of a 4-piece Lefort surgery. Before inquiring with the surgeon about this, I wanted to get information from posters here regarding their knowledge on this question.
