You might want to check up with a doc that frequently employs CCW to see if you're a candidate for that.  Your OP seems similar to mine, so from that perspective you could maybe negotiate enough CCW rotation to avoid tooth extractions. The draw back to CCW maybe is the added risk to the TMJ.

..preempting the MPA rebuttals, CCW would barely change it. Maybe no need for SG since the chin bone looks well formed.

I personally don’t think there would be enough ccw rotation available with my situation?. Also, yeah the tmj issue is worrisome.

Another thing I just thought of...when I had this X-ray done I did my usual “straining” to close my mouth. Had I left it in its natural position, my lips would be open and I believe that my mandible might actually be further back? I should have mentioned thought about this at time of X-ray but I was just in autopilot where I always strain to close my mouth in public.
