I recently saw him. He seems to care about aesthetics and cares to fix other issues I have in addition to my jaws which was a plus for me. However, he did not offer measurements or renders until you agree to have surgery with him...at least for me. He made brief mention about the lower jaw and advancement there (8-10mm), but he said he would likely stay very conservative with the maxilla and may only advance it forward without ccw or very little rotation.
Just curious, is this normal for surgeons? Has anyone here had surgery with him?
