I have a consultation in about a week, I am looking for a SG with forward and downward movements. I am looking for large movements especially chin height, from the front I literally have a U-shaped jaw because the chin didn't develop(even the photos don't quite show it).
I actually had a this type of SG years ago and it made no difference(it was 3 or 4mm movements) so this time I'm gonna ask for large movements up to 10+milimeters if this is possible, I would have no problem with bone grafting to fill up the gaps.
I got some photos in these links and I PS'd what I am trying to achieve(the before shots on the left side of course). I don't know how many milimeter's to ask for, I would appriciate your advice on this. The surgeons say that they can tell me based on a computer software they'll be using on my x-rays.

Increasing chin height does wonders for males with vertically deficient chins.
