I once found a post from this site

here) that said that with a propre tongue posture you could improve your face.
Now I don't believe it can change anything in your bones or do miracles but has someone been keeping his/her mouth to the roof of the mouth and noticed some improvements? (any physical changes I know the benefits for health).
I have an other question but I don't want to open a topic for that. Has anyone noticed that when you're walking at a fast pace and mouth-breathing, after a couple of minutes you end up with a slightly runny nose, whereas when I walk at the same pace nose-breathing I don't have the problem. Are these related? If so, why? I'm curious about it
