I was in university hospital and at first place. students made it for me.
After contact with Professor of these students, At last I got proper splint and proper instruction how to use it ... I've been wearing it whole day and night... I woke up next day as far half of symptoms dissapeared
Polish NHS - everything too late
So perhaps I just got damaged joint after surgery - MRI shows not clear situation
the TMJ disc might be compressed
but here nad news come
- this should have recognised my surgeon and offered me splint therapy
....in that casue I would have avoided so much stress, arguing with him, everything
Since it was connected with surgery for 2 months I could not find the reason... because all scans showed not clear situation
conclusion: BAD POSTOP CARE and I'm gonna pass that information to the investigation which was run in that hospital. Investigation about my case about malpractice - what you think?
the baddest new is... I got proper treatment too late, and regardless symptoms are milder, , the disc may not return to it's normal position

About hypercorrection. There is 2mm hypercorrection.
I do not look bad, bad my soft tissue react in strange way when I open my mouth - they can't adjust to new bone postion - to big of a change
can they adjust with the time ? - months ? years ?
Making surgery just for 2 mm ? this surgery is not a picnic...
Moreover bad calculations reduced my chances for important for me nerve recorvery
If he calculated bone movement properly as 3mm, he would have needed to put there another piecie of bone, just near the nerve - less manipulation
