Look how aging these implants are. Really terrible work. I see what this girl was going for but it put 10 years on her appearance. It's really tough cause implants tend to look very hard and the soft tissue cannot compensate. As further fat loss occurs this girl will look even more haggard.

But what other alternatives are there? As i've been told, a mod. LF3 would only give anterior projection and not lateral as that kind of movement would make the orbit to collapse (something close to what happened to rico). Maybe different implant-materials plays a role in how the surrounding soft tissue settles around it?

Interesting example to bring up.  At first blush, to my eyes, it's as if she lost fat between her eyes and upper cheeks.  Am I being tricked by the wider malar cheek area post op?

I'd personally be more curious about how implants look as you actually age.

EDIT - looking at this harder, it kind of looks like she also had buccal fat pad removal?  The area under her malars appear less full vs pre op.

they will look much much worse than this as time proceeds. so hard.

i dont see why one would age better or worse with implants vs own bone procedures, absorbtion is similar, no?
