Best Maxillofacial Surgeons in Toronto, Ottawa, or Kingston?

I'm positive I need some form of jaw surgery. Been told I need bimaxillary advancement with CCW rotation.

My orthodontist referred me to the maxillofacial surgeons (Centennial Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery) he usually works with. But, since this is a large and invasive surgery, I don't mind traveling to a better surgeon (if it's necessary in your opinion?). I live close to Toronto, Kingston, and Ottawa. I can't really travel farther than that.

There aren't a lot of Canadian users on these boards, and I've never seen anyone mention doctors outside Europe or the U.S.
