I've only read the first post of this thread so haven't seen other replies yet, but approx. 3mm impaction (the lefort 1) plus 3-4mm advancement of chin via sliding genioplasty and you be seriously hot. Gummy smile gone, less strain around lips, better chin projection. No ccw rotation.
