Surgeons in Seattle?

Who are some of the surgeons for jaw surgery I should be looking at getting consultations from?

Did you ever find any, or who did you see?

I've consulted with Dr. Bloomquist.  He does no 3D analysis, or at least not as part of the initial consultation.  He will work to lower fees for those without insurance.  He only does jaw surgeries and has been in the game for 30+ years.  Reviews online go either way.  Anyway do some research on him... might be worth a consultation.

I saw bloomquist. He was fine and answered most of my questions, but there was no indication of measurements, how much the jaw would move, etc.

Also he suggested only my lower jaw
