Fat.
I'm not expert. Can you explain? Do you mean fat injection?

Wrong idea. The under eye area looks flat RELATIVE to the orbital and zygomatic structures.

Hi folks.

This is an example of a post that does not deserve an answer. For that reason, I'm locking this thread.

But thanx none the less to Lestat and Lefortitude for trying.

He doesn't deserve an answer BECAUSE he's asking about surgery HE 'needs' or 'should get' BUT not posting a photo of HIS OWN eyes. The first photo is from some 'Male Body Anatomy site' and the next is of a celeb.

There is really NO WAY to 'advise' someone of what SURGERY they should get when they use 2 different photos of OTHER people to garner such advice.

My advice is that if you spot someone asking for aesthetic advice, based on other people's photos, is to simply disregard the question. I mean if someone does not have the smarts to post their own photos when seeking aesthetic advice as to WHAT SURGERY THEY NEED, it's highly unlikely they will be in capacity to understand any suggestions you give them.
Please. No PMs for private advice. Board issues only.
