I want to consult with Sailer but just in a few years though. I think I should look for CCW bimax, but this is very expensive.
In this forum most dont like Sailer, but if I get a jaw implant (for my gonial angle mainly ( 145° ....)) and if I put the lyo. cartilage on the zygomatic ARCH (laterally; he does that too I think) could I get a masculine (and good) look out of it ?
What about Genio on top of that ? Otherwise I would go to Dr. Z and look there. Sailer's CCW bimax is far too expensive for me, but these implants also.
