The goal is to have a more continuous hour glass contour shadowing from the inner eyebrows to the sides of the bridge of the nose. Her aesthetic would be considered an improved one in the after. So, she probably got rhino with aim of aesthetic improvement rather than septoplasty alone for a sole functional improvement.
