Want a Lefort 1 surgery but am terrified of the 'blindness' being potential risk

I read on some sites that blindness is potential risk of lefort?
I am terrified of this. And on some sites I read that it is extremely rare. But still has happened in the past?

That's a risk of the higher cuts, like a Lefort 2 or a Lefort 3.

It's not really a risk (at least that I know of) with a Lefort 1. If it is, it must be super rare.
