Opinions on my Ceph. Do I need CCW rotation? Or will simple MMA do?

I would have to agree.

I will keep this thread updated with my upcoming consultations. Curious to see how similar or different other surgery plans are to the one I posted above.

Update. Undergoing ortho but still consulting with various surgeons. I went back to the best local surgeon to talk aesthetics and he did mockups using his surgical planning software.

Here are the mockups. This is maxillary and mandibular advancement with no genio. The surgeon said he sometimes performs CCW but didn't think it necessary in my case.

Curious to hear some thoughts.

13mm lower, 5mm upper.

Also, mods, I realize this topic has turned slightly more towards the aesthetic angle so if it makes more sense to have this thread in that section of the website then please feel free!

He showed me his planned movements with his planning software. I forgot to ask for a copy of those but promptly e-mailed them after the consult to get the sent over. I will post once I have the surgical mockup to show.

What do you think of the aesthetics though? Does it look blockish to you too?
