How much will all these surgeries cost and who is the best surgeon for them?

I'm looking to get the following: SARPE, chin wing osteotomy, zygomatic osteotomy and high lefort 1.

Can anyone give me a really rough estimation on what I should be expecting this to come to in ??

I think I have enough money for SARPE and braces now. Could I get that done locally in an ortho before going to a proper surgeon to get the more complicated surgeries done? It would save time and allow me to save up money for the other surgeries with the expander/braces in my mouth. My location is a problem too; I'm too far away from any top quality surgeons.

Or would it be better for me to get all the surgeries done by the same surgeon?

Also can you guys give me some surgeons in UK/Europe to contact that can communicate in English and specialise in Chin wings/high lefort 1s? I'm contacting Mommaerts already.

I might leave the zygo osteotomy until after the two jaw surgeries and see if I need it.

Does anyone have any dramatic before and afters of zygomatic osteotomies?  Because I'm yet to find one.

Could I get braces put on locally and then have the surgeon operate on me when I'm ready, or does the surgeon have to be in charge of setting up braces pre-surgery?

The surgeon is never involved in setting up the braces but it's very common in the public healthcare system for the surgeon and orthodontist to plan the surgery together so they might refuse to work with an orthodontist they don't know. This is mostly in Europe though and most US surgeons don't work like that.
