Dr Robert Relle in Los Angeles is really great.  Why not get a consult with him.

Hi guys I happened to stumble along here and see this, and remembered a blogger (amazing blog btw) who had the surgery with Dr.Relle

Prior to my surgery I had several consultations with different surgeons. Dr. Rex Moody has been amazing, and I highly recommend him to anyone in the orange county area. The staff is also super helpful with insurance issues, and scheduling conflicts!

I've seen that blog before, she looks great post-op and 10x better without braces
