Tired of looking the way I do - seriously considering Lefort 3

I have midfacial hypoplasia and a steep gonial angle.
I look horrible and I'd do anything to look normal. If I don't do something I'm going to suffer for the remainder of my life. I don't have a syndrome but I have no definition in my face. I feel I have nothing to lose, sometimes I feel like I don't want to live.

What doctors should I consult and how much will it cost me? Thank you.

It depends on where you live. earl25 on this forum had a Lefort III with Douglas Sinn in the US and it "only" cost him $17k. The options in Europe aren't great and I only know of Obwegeser in Switzerland that does Lefort IIIs on non-syndrome patients. It might be better to call the hospital if you can do that. Zarrinbal is a bit easier to contact but I really have no idea what kind of Lefort III work he does. I'm trying to have a consultation with him myself but he's on vacation right now.

Yeah but I was talking about Zarrinbal and he is from Germany.

Reached out to Zarrinbal , he didnt recommend it , but I might be able to convince him , contacted Obwegezer too but he hasn't answered yet.
