What happens if you have to sneeze!??

I got my pre/post op preparation forms, and it says I can't blow my nose for a month! -- just wondering what you do if you have to sneeze?  Also, what happens if you sneeze?  I'm sure it's a bloody mess...

It is possible to sneeze almost completely out of your mouth. Just open your mouth wide and cover your nose when you have to go(I know that may sound funny but I'm serious).

I haven't had surgery yet, but I was told that everyone should practice this prior to surgery to get a feel for what works for the individual. Try pinching/squeezing/putting pressure on different places on the bridge of your nose. It sounds nuts, but I've had it work every single time.

I actually didnt sneeze for a month :D lol but if you do your jaws will be fine. Just let it out.  I threw up twice on day like 4and 5 and it was more mentally frightening then physically.  Its all in your mentality.
