Surgeons wirh best reputations

Aside from Arnett and Gunson, can you please tell me which surgeons seem to have the best reputations?
Have you had personal experience with any of these doctors?

Would it help you to know which surgeons in Europe have the best reputations or are you just looking for surgeons in the US (or maybe even just on the east coast in the US)?

Just US. Eastern US is preferable but I've seen a few in PA and MD and didn't feel confident with them. So, I may have to venture a little further from home to find someone.

Look into Scott Goldstein or Steven Moriconi. They're both in the Northeast US.
