also you can see very weak chin projection (masked by beard) and retruded jaw. in the front pic looks like something is off i cant pinpoint what it is (facial assimetry)?, also nasolabial folds very pronounced and a bit of gummy smie when i smile even harder i really dont like this

also malar / undereye projection could be better? eyes have a hollow look

is bsso+lefort1+sliding genio gonna fix this?

You don't look too recessed (regardless of beard). I actually thought your facial proportions were good and you are good looking.

"A bit of a gummy smile" is a good thing...as you age, it generally decreases when top lip droops a bit.  I'm hoping to maintain a little of my 'gummy' post op, for ageing purpose.

Have you had an opinion from a maxo facial surgeon ? That will determine your measurements and what may be recommended.
