ya it most likely can grow the face. google acromegaly. Peoples mandibles grow. It takes years though for this to happen. Look at Dwayne johnson, that dudes taking HGH, and compare his face from when he was young to now.

problem is there are probably no studies on it. Also depends where you live, HGH can be illegal. If you live in mexico youre blessed.

Most (most does not mean all) of you do not need surgery.. no accidents....nothing major
insted of making stupid moves...better to learn how to love yourself and appreciate you can feel your face normally - because after surgery you can loose it...

do you like feeling when spots of rain fall on your face ?  then do not undergo surgery
