Minimal effect to nothing at all. It's apparently not a fix for recessed orbital rims.

I asked for results on male patients and he had just a few. He said that the procedure is more asked by women.
I also asked if there's a risk for the cheekbones to turn out more feminine, he said that it depends on what exactly you want and on how the cut it made. The cut on women goes far more towards the nose.
He said that, depending on how much he augmentates, he has to use a bone graft.

The results were good on both genders though. In the before they had literally no cheekbones after they had really prominent ones.

as for the chin wing, he can make the chin broader. I asked how much more width he can add to the jaw angles, he said depending on the existing bone structure up to 1 cm.

He suggested me to do a chin wing and to make my nose slimer (lol). He didn't really recommend me zygomatic osteotomy.
Probably because zo widens the face.  You jaw is a fair bit narrower than your zygos.  No point in widening the jaw only to end up with it being still narrower than your upper face (for a man at least).

Yeah, my Jaw width is the real issue. He only told me about ZO because I mentioned my nasolabial folds and he said a ZO would strech the tissue. I also pointed out that my Zygos are already broader than my jaw, he said that it's a missconception to think that it would widen the entire face rather than it would create a shadow. I don't know how much sense that makes.
I'm really disharted right now to be honest. I actually wanted the Le Fort. I also went to a orthodontist, who told me that my bite is nearly perfect. I don't really know what to do.
