I've got lots of friends who I think are better looking than that guy.
But yes, life would be so much more interesting if you are really good looking!
I think I can go from a 6 or so to an 7.5, but i'm still unsure of the way to go about it.

I'm getting closer to doing something about it.
I decided that it's pointless thinking about it too much and torturing yourself without the means to do something which is what i've been doing, so i'm currently just saving money, and when I have, say, 20k GBP, i'll start seeing specialists.

I think I likely need jaw surgery to move the jaws forward, but I wonder whether I can get some good improvement with something less invasive considering I can make myself look so much better by 'pouting' ever so slightly or by lifting the tissue around my cheeks upwards (again, ever-so-slightly)

(say maybe a mixture of damon braces, some sort of adult palette expansion and maybe a chin wing or something as oposed to full on double jaw surgery?) I don't know.

I have a big nose, too, although I'm not actually overly concerned about that.

to look like 8, you're demanding that you jump into top less than 10% of male population. to look like 9 you're demanding to jump into less than 1% of male population. To look like 10, well, that's very, very rare. from what i saw, max. jump is 1.5-2 pts, highly depending what's your original (underlying) attractiveness level and what's the the severity of deformity (how many minus pts you get). So if you are a 6, but your deformity brings you down to a 4, then you can max. fix yourself to became nearly 6. However, you can not go over that value without having unnatural, fake and plastic look. You can't cheat genes.

And how do you know that?
I had a consultation with Dr. Zarrinbal in Berlin, he showed me a case of a guy who had BSSO + Lefort I + ZO + Chin Wing. He became an 8 and before he was a 5 (subjectively). He neither looked unnatural, plastic of whatever. The before picture of him was indeed after BSSO + Lefort I so yeah those two alone won't make you great looking. But I guess everyone here knows that, since everybody is searching for additional procedures to enhance other features.

Bone cutting procedures will never look fake/unnatural even if they go horrifically wrong at least it will look like you were BORN that way.

Regardless of the starting point, adding definition to a face that is lacking it (cheekbones, jaws, jawline, brow bone, nose bridge, chin) will always increase attractiveness.

Unfortunately no one can ever be truly good looking without an attractive eye shape.

I met a man for lunch who had practically no definition apart from an alright chin, but his eyes were like the actor Kyle Chandler's well actually no that sort of shape but better, the same hoodedness and aegyo sal but his irises were as blue as the Cyprus sea.
