I came across this website
http://www.sboralsurgery.com/procedures/jaw-surgery/ and the bottom paragraph of the page reads: "Dr. Hall and Dr. Bienstock work in conjunction with Dr’s. Arnett and Gunson who use modern computer techniques and three-dimensional models to show you exactly how your surgery will be approached..."
It looks like they all work out of the same office. Also, Hall went to UCLA as did A/G.
Has anybody here consulted with and/or had surgery with either Hall or Bienstock? I'm curious to know more about them (technique, association with A/G, prices, etc.). I'm wondering if they have been training with A/G and would be a good place to get that same "brand" of surgery without the astronomical price tag...
