How soon can I have a second double jaw surgery after the first one?

Hi guys,

Seriously, How soon can I have a second double jaw surgery after the first one? And also, are most of the orthognathic surgeons willing to work on patients requesting for a revision of previous jaw surgery for cosmetic issues?

It takes a year usually for bones to fully fuse... so I'm not sure a doctor will operate again before that unless it's urgent. However I'm pretty sure I've heard people getting revisions before the year mark.
