Am I a candidate?

Am I a candidate for jaw surgery from this pic?
I have an overbite, but lots of people online seem to imply that you're only a candidate if you are basically deformed.
I think both of my jaws look a bit recessed, personally. That I lack bone everywhere, in fact
I can provide more pics, but i'm wondering if anyone has any input as to whether I look like a possible candidate based on this profile pic.

If your bite is off then you can get it fixed and if you're airway is small then you can enlarge it.

I'm not seeing anything which necessitates jaw surgery from that picture.  It appears your head may be tilted up so if it was in correct position you may have less jaw projection.  But IDK.  Any cephs?
