facial aesthetics - search for a surgeon and expert !?

I am searching for a maxillofacial surgeon (worldwide) who has beside his/her professional medical know-how and surgical skill also an extensive knowledge about facial aesthetics. I need a doctor who takes into account and analyzes both, functionality and aesthetics. Although this sounds quite plausible I have never found such an expert so far in my country. I had a surgery before and I am really disappointed with the result in both ways. I am grateful for every advice!

There's also a thread here somewhere about maxillofacial/craniofacial surgeons who are also plastic surgeons.

I am from a German-speaking country  I know some names now but thanks I will search for these threads. The combination of maxillo/craniofacial surgeons and plastic aesthetic surgeons in one person is rare.

Did you look into Dr. Zarrinbal in Berlin?
He's a maxfac but does aesthetic surgeries commonly and has a strong focus on aesthetics.

Yes I know Dr. Zarrinbal. I agree he has a stronger focus on aesthetics. However its important that patient and surgeon have similar aesthetical perception in order to bring the therapy to a satisfactory result. Zarrinbal is very reserved with re-operations/surgeries. More than I expected.
