'George..',You know if what you say is true, you are allowed to post about it. Although I accommodated your request for deletion, from the sound of your request to the moderation center, it appeared that this doctor could have been trying to intimidate you. So, as long as you are telling the truth, you have the right to post about your experience. That said, you also have the option of posting about what ever 'notice' the doctor sent you such that you had to request deletion of your post.
Yes.I'd personally avoid a doctor who sends out cease and desist papers to a patient who had a bad experience. Assuming the patient is telling the truth about their surgery, this looks bad.
