Did jaw surgery change your singing voice? If so, was it for better or for worse?

the only thing i could say with surgery is it might affect your control over your lips. which are critical for inflection and pitch when singing (sounding out words), in fact it can influence talking as well.

wont affect your singing voice long-term, though since your mouth is a cave you can lose or gain some room and that will affect volume.

i used to sing before puberty.

lol I wish, I think it can open the airway but being "tone deaf" is what makes someone not being able to carry a tune hehe

My singing is in reserved mostly for the shower and I do sound off, might be because Im only a few weeks out and my throat is still a bit irritated. Who knows.
We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.

I was tone deaf before surgery and I'm just as tone deaf now.
