Here they are. Feel free to let me know how bad my front/profile is and what you think could be done to improve them.

I'm so jealous of your airway! Mine looks so pathetic on my profile xray!

I don't really see what jaw surgery you would consider....your bite is fine and your lips are aligned

I am guessing it's the chin?  Which is a fraction recessed and maybe a little long (and I am talking very small here, I am recessed so I pick up on this).  Get a shortening/advancement genio and call it a day

I can see a little asymmetry but how obvious is it in your actual face? (given that everyone has some asymmetry)

Yeah my chin is a little long and receded. The problem is that my philtrum is also long (I have vertical maxillary excess), so I'm afraid that if I shorten my chin my philtrum length could become more noticeable. About the recession, yeah it's one of my main concerns that I'm trying to fix, but I'm still not sure which route to take, the genio only one or the bimax+genio one.

Regarding the asymmetry, my nose deviation is pretty obvious but I'm not very concerned about it since I don't think straightening it out would make too big a difference. My cheekbones asymmetry is barely noticeable (in pics only if you focus on it), but what's really obvious is my ears asymmetry. One is higher than the other. Luckily I can use my hair to hide them.
