Apologies if this has already been answered. What do you all think about Custom peek cheek and jaw implants? Do peek implants cause bone resorption and create contour?

I recently had a consult with a maxfac who provides custom facial PEEK implants. He mentioned that the PEEK implants typically don't leave the same impression as silicone implants. I'm assuming that's due to the lack of material flexibility compared with silicone.

may i ask who you consulted with? I consulted with a great surgeon but he was incredibly expensive.
