Sure, you can consult with Alfaro. Be sure to establish from him HOW the case in the YT video, where the guy got a MASSIVE posterior downgraft and also somewhat of a downgraft to anterior maxilla RELATES to YOURS. I would be most curious if he offered someone (like you) who starts with excess anterior gum show and excess front tooth show in addition to excess POSTERIOR GUM SHOW, a similar surgery as shown on the YT video....and by the way...this will be the last time I engage in a 'cross pollination' question based on stuff kicked up on another board.

Hey Kavan, i just saw this interesting result from Dr. Pary where the before looks similar to me, with less gum and tooth show but still some anterior and posterior vertical excess

turned it off due to the LOUD blaring music it came with.

Disclosure:

1: I am a VOLUNTEER here. I am not 'on call' for directed focus. So, I don't volunteer on the basis of someone calling me out specifically. All posts looking for advice, focus, what ever, should post on the basis of the 'Luck of the Draw'. That is to say who ever CHOOSES to volunteer without being called on to do so.

2: My computer is OLD, extremely low on memory and craps out when going to some photo sites, especially IMGUR. In fact, it crapped out, turned itself off for the trying. So, presently, I am not volunteering to click on IMGUR anymore.

3: JSF,itself does not overload the memory of my dysfunctional computer because it's not chock full of adverts or what ever memory sucking stuff on places like IMGUR. I don't get a CHROME CRASH when viewing photos that are visible directly on a post. Like when they are uploaded directly on the JSF.

That said, in the interim, people with PLANS, especially those that include overlapping CONTOUR DIAGRAMS (proposed after overlapping the 'before') just concern themselves with whether or not the proposed change in (profile) contour is to their liking. Like don't get side tracked by the mm displacements or the rotations (some of technical stuff on a displacement proposal) because the 'after' contour diagram proposal INCORPORATES all of the technical stuff on the read-out part of the proposal.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

OK, finally got to it without IMGUR crashing chrome on me. Looks like a good improvement to the profile contour.
