Any thoughts on the surgery plan would be much appreciated

I'm getting my DJS + genio surgery (for sleep apnea + aesthetics) next week. The surgery plan details are attached. Any advice would be much appreciated, esp on whether I should ask for more forward projection.

Looks great. Good amount of rotation too. Who’s your surgeon?
