Hello all, so basically I had upper jaw surgery in 2022 for an underbite I had, it was a 5mm advacment. I went through decompensation for about a year then had surgery. The first plan was expansion via expander then bimax but it was later switched. I definitely look better then before BUT my mid face is still very long and I was curious to know if anything can be done for this. My lips are also very narrow even though my intermolar width is around 35-37 and my nose is quite wide. Can doing a bimax with maxillary impaction be beneficial for me? Or is it overboard?Was also thinking ccwr of my mandible to fix growth.
