Looking for thoughts on surgical plan
« on: May 08, 2026, 01:16:46 PM »
Hello, I would appreciate input on my surgical plan.

https://drive.proton.me/urls/5AWST3R9WM#1qpj74s534ND

I have two primary concerns. One, originally I was told that I would have a segmental Lefort. This plan does not seem to contain that. I do notice that my maxillary teeth are inclined outwards quite a bit and I'm wondering if that is a concern in regards to long-term stability of the result. Secondly, I feel as though I still look a little bit recessed in the soft tissue stimulation. This is a bit confusing to me because on the skeletal simulation, the genioplasty looks quite large and I'm not really significantly recessed to begin with, so I don't really understand why I still look a bit recessed on the post-op soft tissue simulation. There's also a bit of asymmetry in that one profile view looks a bit more recessed than the other.I'd really appreciate any input on either of these matters and anything else that people think is noteworthy about the plan. Thank you.

That format is not great as most people will not have time to go through all of those.
Just upload the most pertinent images and the plan.
