Chin wing with Mommaerts probably and nose job with a surgeon in LA after I do the chin.

I want to be more physically attractive not necessarily more alpha.

Yes, I do not trust her opinion at all when it comes to appearance. She wouldn't let me go on Accutane either, but when I finally did go on it, it was the best decision ever.

He has given me one word answers. Here is a copy of my most recent e-mail to him with his answers in bold. I am thinking of using a different doctor that uses a bone graft instead although this doctor charges 6000?.

Thank you for your reply. Dr. Buettner has informed me of the cost and he quoted me 3807 Euros, which is very affordable. I would opt for the chin wing operation over an SG with HA paste.
 
My only questions are:
 
1. Can any sort of computer simulation be obtained of what I might look like after the procedure?
yes, more or less. Tehre is a cost of 150 euro

2. What is the advantage of using a bone graft? I only ask because another surgeon I consulted with wanted to take a graft from my hip. You said you do this operation without a graft, so I am curious what the difference is.

after the jaw is healed from the bsso, yes. for instance, you can do it when they remove the plates / screws.

If he's rushing through an email that would take two minutes at most to be courteous then he's probably going to be rushing through a surgery that, realistically, should take two hours. He's shown the same attitude at my consultation and a few others'. I don't trust him.
