I know, what the hell, right? Don't worry, this only applies if you use it in the morning/during the day. It has something to do with the reaction that occurs when sunlight hits skin that has been slathered in a product containing Vitamin A. Google it if you want to read the studies, but I guarantee it's a valid concern.
At night, when you're done being outside for the day, prior to going to bed, wash your face AND make sure it's completely dry, then apply Renova (for example), then wait 5 minutes before applying any other products of your choosing (such as a moisturizer, if you want).
