Does maxillary advancement usually make depressdd orbital rims worse? Does both imapaction and advancement make any difference? I know soft tissue prediction is a crapshoot, but figure id ask.

It depends on how high they cut. I've seen examples where the eye area was greatly improved.

Are you just talking about a high lefort l? Well I guess all I can do is just hope it doesnt get any worse. I have fillers in that area right now, but im hoping poasibly that area might get some support after surgery.
